2012 Must Reads: Which books are at the top of your list
to be read this year (new or old releases)?

Here are my top TBRs for this year:

Pandemonium
Insurgent
The Nightmare Garden
Fever

I also want to continue on with A Song of Ice and Fire series, among other ones I have started and haven't finished.

TGIF is a meme hosted by Ginger (who also made the way cool TGIF graphic) at GReads.

This week she asks:

Blogger Confession: What's the last book you could not finish?
(or had a hard time finishing?)

The Nature of Jade by Deb Caletti and it was almost The Dark and Hollow places by Carrie Ryan but after being 200+ pages in I figured, why not just finish it, I've came this far.

TGIF - 7/1

This week she asks:

Mr & Mrs: Who are your favorite book couples?

1) Violet & Jay - The Body Finder

The way Jay is with Violet is so sweet and genuine.

2) Katniss & Peeta - The Hunger Games

These two together is complicated, but it goes against everything in the way things are supposed to be.

3) Luce & Daniel - Fallen

With this love, there are so many secrets, it is forbidden and Luce may question their love, but it is one I keep liking.

4) Ever & Damen - The Immortals

Damen... *drool* Another forbidden love.

5) Grace & Sam - Shiver
(Haven't even finished this one, but love the romance so far!!!)

TGIF!

TGIF is a meme hosted by Ginger (who also made the way cool TGIF graphic) at GReads.

This week she asks:

Summer Love: Where is your ideal place to take a summer vacation & get lost in a book?

I would have to say that my favorite place to vacation is in Edisto, SC. I fell in love with it the first time I went and have since dreamed of going back. It is a nice, quiet beach with beautiful beach houses. I loved sitting there with my book cracked open, getting lost in the story and being able to hear and smell the ocean (without having to get in - I do not like sea critters!). My favorite non-vacation summer reading place is either on a porch swing (lying down of course) or in a comfy outdoor chair, usually in the evening when it is cooler.
